Create I am statements based on your goals and insecurities. Examples of my I am statements,

Your Attitude + Altitude = Your Success
Keeping a negative attitude will lead to a negative outcome. Instead of thinking this is not going to work out, start saying everything is going to work out. Things may not always go our way but God may have other plans for us. Finding your meaning and calling is important for your success.
Are my problems self inflicted?
Sometimes we often make things worse then they are without realizing it. This can be something as simple as feeding into a gossip circle. Or somethings we are unhappy with choices that we make. But to be able to over come this if we have to identify what our problems our.
Starting by making heathy habits
With starting a new habit it can take up to 21 days to get in the habit of it. Sometimes this will take time but with as far as technology has advanced there are many apps to help. Or sometime you can partner with a friend to hold each other accountable. My goal is sticking to my detox. Your goal can start off with being something simple like drinking more water or exercising. It is important that you set a goal you are willing to hold yourself accountable.
Just focus and do it!
Goal seating can often time be difficult. Start with small goals and work your way up to bigger goals. Soon you will be meeting those goals. We often forget how big of an influence our mind has on or situation. Energy and vibrations we put off will come back to us. If we keep on manifesting negative things they will come about. Start replacing negative thoughts with something positive limit exposer to negative influence.
